Our school is at its best when families and educators work together, and this day is all about celebrating that partnership. It's a chance to step into your child's world, see their learning environment up close, and connect directly with our staff and community.
What to Expect During Your Visit
Parent-Teacher Conferences: Teachers will reach out soon to schedule conferences where they'll walk you through your child's academic progress and share strategies to help them succeed.
Information Sessions: Drop in on short, focused workshops that give you a real look at some of our key programs, including:
Portrait of a Learner: Discover the core skills, competencies, and mindsets we're building together to prepare students for life after high school. You can also sign up to receive future updates and invitations to community meetings.
Federal Programs and Resources: Learn how federal funding supports student achievement, classroom resources, and family support services here at NHS.
FAFSA and College Applications: Get hands-on guidance through the financial aid and college application process, including key deadlines, what documents you'll need, and where to find help along the way.
1N5 Suicide Prevention and Mental Health: Learn about the resources available to support your child's mental health and emotional well-being, and how families and the school can work together to keep students safe and supported.
